What to write about
A build that's filed under the wrong skill or class, a guide that's outdated or has been taken down, a creator name that's spelled wrong, or something on the site that doesn't work the way it should. If you're a creator and want one of your videos edited or removed from the index, say so and it's done, no questions asked.
What doesn't need an email
A guide that's missing from the site: the submit page takes the YouTube link and does the rest, usually within a minute. And if a video simply isn't a build guide (a stream, a teaser, a Short), the pipeline will have skipped it on purpose, see the ground rules on the submit page.
